The Entrepreneur subcategory is for those wishing to setup or take over a business (or businesses) in the UK that they will be actively involved in running. It grants 3 years leave and those applying must have over £200,000 of funds. OR
The entrepreneur tier visa is for those investing in the United Kingdom by setting up or taking over, and being actively involved in the running of one or more businesses in the United Kingdom.
Who can apply?
You can apply under the tier entrepreneur category now if you are:
in the UK and want to make an initial application as an entrepreneur;
already in the UK as an entrepreneur and want to extend your permission to stay within your existing category;
already in the United Kingdom as a business person or innovator and want to extend your permission to stay in the entrepreneur category;
Applying for permission to enter the United Kingdom (known as 'entry clearance') under the entrepreneur category.

Application for extend your stay in UK
The points detail is about further / extension application for your stay in UK on the behalf of UK Tier 1 entrepreneur visa.

Points available
A. The applicant has invested, or had invested on his behalf, not less £200,000 in cash directly into one or more businesses in the UK.

B. i) The applicant has:
registered with HM Revenue & Customs as self-employed; or
registered a new business in which he is a director; or
registered as a director of an existing business.
Where the applicant’s last grant of entry clearance, leave to enter or leave toremain was as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant, one of the above conditionsmust have been met within three months of the specified date. The specifieddate being either:
The date of the applicant’s entry to the UK, in the case of an applicant grantedentry clearance as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Migrant where there is evidence toestablish the applicant’s date of entry to the UK; or
The date of the grant of entry clearance to the applicant, in the case of anapplicant granted entry clearance as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Migrant wherethere is no evidence to establish the applicant’s date of entry to the UK; or
The date of the grant of leave to remain to the applicant, in any other case.
This does not apply where the applicant’s last grant of leave prior to thegrant of leave that he currently has was as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Migrant, aBusiness person or an Innovator.

C. The applicant is engaged in business activity at the time of this application for leave to remain.

D: The applicant has:
Established a new business or businesses that has/have created the
Equivalent of at least two new full-time jobs for persons settled in the UnitedKingdom;
OR
taken over or joined an existing business or businesses and his services or investment have resulted in a net increase in the employment providedby the business or businesses for persons settled in the UK by creating theequivalent of at least two new full time jobs.
Where the applicant’s last grant of entry clearance or leave was as a Tier 1(Entrepreneur) migrant, the jobs must have existed for at least 12 months forthe period for which the previous leave was granted.
